Keltbray Group and Metro Bank have announced the successful agreement of a £30 million working capital facility, comprising a £10 million overdraft and a £20 million revolving credit facility (RCF), secured over a three-year period.
The funding package, agreed amid ongoing challenges across the construction and civil engineering sector, highlights the financial strength and stability of Keltbray. The facility is expected to bolster the Group's resilience and support its strategic focus on sustainable and profitable growth.
Both Keltbray and Metro Bank have expressed enthusiasm about the new partnership and its role in supporting Keltbray's operational and financial goals over the coming years.
Brendan Kerr, Keltbray Executive Chairman and controlling shareholder, said: "We are looking forward to a good working relationship with the team at Metro Bank. They have spent a great deal of time getting to know the Keltbray business and what makes us tick, and are keen to support our growth into more resilient markets and better margins."
