The Hill Group Announces Two Senior Appointments

Housebuilder The Hill Group has strengthened its senior leadership team with two key appointments, as part of its continued expansion and commitment to delivering high-quality homes across the UK.

Eloise Solari has been named Head of Sales for London, while Sarah Boyce takes on the role of Head of Sales for the South West and Southern divisions. Both appointments align with Hill’s strategic growth plans in these regions and signal a renewed focus on enhancing sales operations as its development pipeline expands.

Eloise Solari brings a wealth of experience in central London's residential property market, having previously held senior roles at Ballymore, Taylor Wimpey Central London, and Galliard Homes. She led sales teams at several flagship developments and is known for her strong agent relationships and expertise in partnership-led projects. At Hill, she will help shape sales strategies for major London developments, including Kew Bridge Rise, Lampton Parkside, North Gate Park, and Dagenham Green.

In the South West, Sarah Boyce joins Hill at a pivotal stage of regional expansion. With two decades of experience at the Berkeley Group, most recently as Sales and Marketing Director for the Oxford and Chiltern division, Sarah also brings a proven track record from previous roles at Redrow Thames Valley, HarperCrewe, and Crest Nicholson in Bristol. Her appointment comes as Hill prepares to launch three major developments in Bristol: the former Bristol Zoo car park site in Clifton, a newly approved scheme in Southville, and Baltic Wharf on Spike Island, offering views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

"These appointments mark an exciting chapter for Hill as we continue to invest in top talent to support our regional growth," said a company spokesperson. "Eloise and Sarah’s deep market knowledge and leadership experience will be critical to driving forward our ambitious sales strategies."
