Willmott Dixon has been recognised as one of the top places to work in both the Financial Times' Best Employers in Europe list and The Sunday Times' Best Places to Work guide, securing its status as a leading employer in the construction industry.

In the Financial Times' newly published list of the top 1,000 employers across Europe, Willmott Dixon ranked an impressive fourth overall, making it one of only two UK-based companies to feature in the top ten. The accolades continued over the weekend, with The Sunday Times releasing its highly anticipated Best Places to Work guide. Willmott Dixon not only placed in the top ten of the 'big company' category, but was also named the best big construction company to work for in the UK.

Graham Dundas, Chief Executive Officer of Willmott Dixon, said: "This rounds off a fantastic week of recognition for our culture and people that started with Jason Hunt being named the CIOB’s overall Construction Manager of the Year for his work leading our team at Bristol Beacon. Our brilliant people really do help lift us to new heights.

"These tremendous accolades help us stand out as a diverse, inclusive and supportive place to work, where our people can enjoy a career of a lifetime as we deliver outstanding projects for our customers."
