Hodge Appoints John Carter To Lead Real Estate Finance

Specialist lender Hodge has announced the appointment of John Carter as Head of its Real Estate Finance division, effective May 1, 2025, as the company unveils a refreshed strategy and rebrand for its property finance business.

Carter, formerly Commercial Director at Aldermore Bank, brings decades of experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering tailored property development and investment finance solutions. His leadership is expected to play a key role in advancing Hodge’s position as a go-to lender for regional property developers and professional investors across the UK.

The appointment comes as Hodge launches a rebranded identity for its Real Estate Finance arm, with a renewed focus on speed, ease, and flexibility.
