Cementation Skanska has announced the appointment of Emma Haddow as its new Operations Director, with immediate effect.
In her new role, Haddow will lead the company's operations across Scotland, the north of England, and its UK-wide Ground Engineering services.
With over two decades of experience in the piling and ground engineering sector, Haddow brings extensive expertise in design, project delivery, and commercial management to the position. Her appointment also sees her join the Cementation Leadership team.
Haddow steps into the role following three years as Business Stream Director for Scotland, during which she played a key role in strengthening Cementation's market presence. Her leadership contributed to the successful securing and delivery of major projects such as the South Clyde Energy Centre in Glasgow and The Keystone Building at the University of Glasgow.
Haddow re-joined Cementation Skanska in 2022, having previously worked with the company earlier in her career. In recognition of her contributions to the industry, she was named one of the Top 20 Women in Ground Engineering in 2024 by the trade publication Ground Engineering.
Commenting on her new role, Haddow said: "I've always been drawn to Skanska because of our values and people, who are committed to delivering the very best outcomes for our customers. I'm now looking forward to this next stage in my career, supporting Cementation Skanska to deliver exceptional projects that leave a lasting and positive legacy."
