Adler & Allan, the Goldman Sachs-backed environmental services leader, has acquired Glanville Environmental, a specialist in drainage and civil engineering, in a move aimed at expanding its ability to address environmental issues such as pollution reduction and water resource management across the Southwest.
Glanville Environmental brings a wide array of services to the group, including geospatial and CCTV surveying, high-pressure water jetting, gully cleansing, liquid waste handling, septic tank emptying, and broader civil engineering capabilities. The company serves clients across the water, rail, construction, and domestic sectors, and operates from five depots with a team of more than 180 employees.
This acquisition marks Adler & Allan's largest to date, its seventh in the utilities sector, and the tenth overall in the past three years, underscoring its ongoing strategy of targeted growth in critical environmental domains.
Jamie Treliving, Managing Director of Glanville Environmental, said: "We are thrilled to be joining the Adler & Allan Group. The extent of Adler & Allan’s service range, combined with our presence in the Southwest is a fantastic opportunity to broaden our customer offer, whilst further strengthening Adler & Allan’s leading position in the wastewater recycling industry."
