Procurement organisation Fusion21 has unveiled the 40 specialist firms appointed to its £1.5 billion Decarbonisation Framework.
The framework, which runs on a turnkey delivery model, is designed to accelerate domestic and non-domestic retrofit programmes across the UK. Of the appointed suppliers, 42% are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), highlighting Fusion21's ongoing commitment to supporting local and regional businesses.
Split into two lots, Whole House Decarbonisation (Lot 1) and Decarbonisation of Public and Educational Buildings (Lot 2), the framework offers public sector members access to Trustmark-accredited, PAS2030:2023-compliant providers. It also includes updated specifications, regional and national coverage, flexible procurement routes, and refreshed pricing models for 2025.
The framework is structured to support projects funded through key government schemes such as the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 and the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS), which aims to reduce public building emissions by 75% by 2037.
The framework also places a strong emphasis on social impact, pledging to deliver green skills training and create new employment opportunities within the sector.
