Early activity on the site includes ground improvements, piling, and the installation of a foul pumping station. The wider scope also encompasses underground drainage, utility connections, external works, and landscaping—further enhancing the site's role as a strategic logistics hub.

Sustainability remains a core focus, with the scheme targeting a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating. The development will also meet the standards of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and Smart Waste BRE, reflecting McLaren Construction's ongoing commitment to responsible and environmentally conscious building practices.

The development is expected to generate new employment opportunities and support long-term economic growth in the Avonmouth area.
