Perega has announced the appointment of Nick Simmonds as Associate Building Surveyor, marking a significant step in the consultancy's expansion of its building surveying services across the UK.

With a well-established presence in the North, this strategic hire sets the foundation for Perega’s first dedicated building surveying offering in the South of England. The move is part of the firm’s broader growth strategy to strengthen and diversify its services nationwide.

Nick joins Perega with more than ten years of industry experience, having previously worked at a family-run engineering consultancy. His professional expertise spans a wide range of surveying services, including building pathology and defect diagnosis, design and specification, contract administration, neighbourly matters, and landlord and tenant issues.
