United Living Appoints Claire Kershaw As CEO Of Property Services Division

United Living has announced the appointment of Claire Kershaw as Chief Executive Officer of United Living Property Services.

With over two decades of experience in the social housing sector, Claire brings a wealth of knowledge in property maintenance, refurbishment, and regeneration. Her career includes senior leadership roles at prominent firms such as Mitie, Willmott Dixon, and Kier, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives across operations, customer experience, procurement, and business development.

Luke Anderson, Chief Operating Officer of United Living Group, said: "We are delighted to welcome Claire to the team. Her professional credibility and strong leadership will be instrumental in driving our successful Property Services business forward, ensuring we continue to provide high-quality, innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients and communities and deliver on our ambitious growth plans."

Alongside Claire's appointment, United Living has also confirmed that Vlad Nedelcu will join her senior leadership team as Chief Operating Officer of United Living Property Services. Vlad previously led PiLON, which was acquired by United Living Group in 2024.
