With more than 15 years of marketing expertise, Tom has successfully managed strategies and campaigns for a range of businesses, from SMEs to Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. His proven track record in developing business growth plans, makes him a valuable addition to the Proteus Waterproofing team.
Throughout his career, Tom has worked across various B2B industries, refining his ability to create and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and commercial success. His experience includes managing global content strategies, overseeing rebranding initiatives and implementing sales enablement tools to enhance business development efforts. As a strong people manager, he has also led and motivated high-performance marketing teams, ensuring that businesses achieve their strategic goals through effective communication and brand positioning.
Prior to joining Proteus Waterproofing, Tom worked in a variety of senior marketing roles, including freelance and interim positions where he provided strategic marketing expertise to B2B organisations. His work has spanned multiple sectors, including logistics, construction, risk management, recruitment, and IT/software services.
Tom's appointment comes at an exciting time for Proteus Waterproofing as the company continues to expand and introduce new and innovative waterproofing solutions to the market.
