GRAHAM has secured a partnership contract with Solihull Council for the delivery of hard facilities management (FM) services under the established Property Services and Maintenance Partnership.

The new agreement, awarded after a competitive procurement process, extends a relationship with Solihull Council that has been in place since 2013. Building on the previous Building Partnership agreement, the contract encompasses a comprehensive range of services. These include reactive maintenance (RM), planned preventative maintenance (PPM), minor works up to £25,000, and project works exceeding that amount with no upper limit per project. The expanded scope now also covers mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Structured as a five-year deal with an option to extend for an additional five years, the contract operates under an Open Book Partnering Arrangement and is estimated to have an aspirational annual value of £6 million. In addition, the agreement aligns contractual arrangements with Tier 1 suppliers through defined Delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments.
