UK Roofing Awards 2025 Shortlist Revealed

The shortlist for the 2025 UK Roofing Awards has been finalised, following a record number of entries. Judges have completed their review of submissions across 16 categories, showcasing a broad range of roofing and cladding disciplines.

The winners will be announced at the UK Roofing Awards ceremony on Friday, 9 May 2025, at the Intercontinental London—The O2. Tables for the event are available for booking.

The Industry Choice Award, sponsored by Radmat Building Products, is now open for public voting, allowing industry professionals to select their favorite project. In addition to category winners and the Industry Choice Award, one project will receive the prestigious 'Project of the Year' accolade.

The finalists span categories including bituminous hot applied liquid waterproofing, cold applied liquid waterproofing, fully supported metal, green roofing, heritage roofing, leadwork, mastic asphalt, multi-discipline projects, rainscreen facades, reinforced bitumen membranes, roof slating, roof tiling, sheeting and cladding, single ply roofing, small scale projects, and solar roofing.

James Talman, NFRC CEO, said: "With a record number of entries this year, the judges had their work cut out to review and score such a fabulous selection. All entrants should be commended for taking the time to enter the awards in celebration of the effort and achievements of their teams, demonstrating their fantastic workmanship, project management, and problem-solving.
