Skanska UK Appoints Nicola Astafanous As New Commercial Director

Skanska UK has announced the appointment of Nicola Astafanous as the new Commercial Director for its Building Leadership Team.

The appointment, effective immediately, will see Astafanous take on a key role in overseeing the company’s UK building projects.

She has held several senior commercial positions across various sectors, including a role within Skanska's commercial development business in Sweden. Most recently, she led the UK’s customer experience and market insights strategic function.

Her extensive background and leadership expertise are expected to strengthen Skanska UK's position as a leader in the construction and development sector.
