A major milestone has been reached in the construction of Lighthaus, Starlight Investments' flagship build-to-rent (BTR) development in Liverpool Waters, as partners Starlight Investments, X1, Vermont and Peel Waters celebrated its topping out ceremony.

Standing 31 storeys tall, Lighthaus is set to become a key addition to Liverpool’s waterfront skyline. The development, designed to redefine modern city living, will feature 278 new homes, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Future residents will benefit from a range of premium amenities, including a sky lounge with panoramic views, a state-of-the-art gym, co-working spaces, a residents’ lounge, and a concierge service.

Lighthaus is part of Starlight Investments' growing UK portfolio, which expanded significantly in 2024 with acquisitions in Manchester, Leeds, Dartford, and Basildon, bringing its total managed units to over 3,600. It is also one of nine BTR developments the company currently has under construction across the country.

Developed in partnership with X1 and contractor Vermont, Lighthaus is a landmark addition to the ambitious Liverpool Waters regeneration project, reinforcing Starlight’s commitment to delivering best-in-class residential developments that enhance urban living.
