Construction firm GRAHAM is celebrating a major win as Millers Quay has been awarded Build-to-Rent Development of the Year at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2025.

The prestigious accolade recognises the outstanding design, sustainability, and impact of the project. Judges praised Millers Quay for its thoughtful response to the surrounding location, noting its unique sense of place and impressive sustainable features.

The development, delivered through a public-private partnership, was highlighted as a model project that could act as a catalyst for future schemes in the region.
