Kier Secures Place on £814m Pagabo TFM Framework

Kier has been appointed to Pagabo's new £814 million Total Facilities Management (TFM) Framework, enabling the company to deliver essential maintenance and upgrade services to public sector buildings across the UK.

The framework, managed by Pagabo on behalf of contracting authority Red Kite Learning Trust, will facilitate the procurement of a wide range of facilities management services, including soft, hard, and total FM solutions, for clients across various sectors, including education, healthcare, leisure, emergency services, and local authorities.

Kier Places, the specialist facilities management division of Kier Construction, has been appointed to Lot 2 (Total Facilities Management) and Lot 4 (Hard Facilities Management) across four regions: the Midlands, South West, Wales, and London & South East.

Kier Places will provide a comprehensive range of services under this framework, including planned and reactive maintenance, mechanical and electrical services, waste management, security, pest control, cleaning, capital projects, water and drainage systems, roofing, specialist installations, and helpdesk services.

This appointment builds upon Kier's strong track record in delivering high-quality facilities management solutions across the public sector.

Jamie McKechnie, managing director of Kier Places, said: "We're delighted to be appointed to Pagabo's TFM Framework, supporting the delivery of facilities management services across a broad range of sectors. This announcement builds on the excellent relationship Kier has developed with Pagabo over a number of years.

"Our facilities management offer goes from strength-to-strength and this framework appointment is another example of the confidence in our solutions-focused approach. Pagabo's commitment to social value as core to its proposition is especially pleasing for Kier Places. Social value is absolutely fundamental to our delivery model and we're excited to bring this approach to the TFM Framework."
