Poole-based developer AJC Group has celebrated a record-breaking 2024, delivering 100 affordable homes, a significant increase from the 72 units completed in the previous year.

Since 2023, AJC Group has completed and handed over 172 affordable homes across five sites.

In 2024 alone, the developer delivered 186 homes across three major housing projects. The affordable housing included 56 homes at The Hops (Dorchester Brewery) for Aster Group and 44 homes at Lindsay Road in Poole for Abri. Additionally, AJC Group completed 86 homes at its award-winning private development, The Sloop, in Poole.

Throughout the year, AJC Group collaborated with housing associations Aster, Abri, and VIVID, as well as New Forest District Council (NFDC) and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council.
