Property management agent Rendall & Rittner has recently appointed Fiona duCassé as its new Business Development Manager.
Fiona's appointment reflects the wider expansion of Rendall & Rittner’s new business team, as the company aims to continue bolstering its growing portfolio in 2025 and beyond.
With 20 years of residential block management experience, Fiona has proficiency supporting a variety of developers, freehold investors, RMCs, RTMs, and later living developers across portfolios, from converted Victorian buildings to multi-phased, multi-tenure sites. Most recently, whilst working as a Customer Acquisition Manager, Fiona has delivered detailed bespoke tenders and presentations for large multistage tender processes, whilst overseeing client leads and experience right through to management commencement.
In her role as Business Development Manager, Fiona will be instrumental in securing new clients and developments for Rendall & Rittner's growing residential portfolio. Fiona will build upon her expertise liaising with RMCs, RTMs and freeholder investors-clients, and providing solutions that tackle the challenges they face. She will also work to promote Rendall & Rittner's broad range of property management services, including its expertise in providing valuable development consultancy services.
Speaking about her appointment, Fiona said: "I am delighted to join Rendall & Rittner as a Business Development Manager.
