Housebuilding group untypical has appointed Kathryn Pennington as its new Regional Managing Director for the Western Region. Pennington brings over two decades of experience in the industry. She previously held senior leadership positions at Vistry Group.
Pennington has a proven track record in the south-west, including her involvement in the development of the 5,500-home Sherford New Town community project.
In her new role, Pennington will oversee strategic operations across the Western Region. She will focus on completing existing developments while expanding the company's presence in the south-west of England. Pennington is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Elim Housing Association.
