North Wales Housing (NWH) has announced significant progress on its latest housing development in Caergeiliog, Ynys Môn.
The project, which includes 17 new homes, is designed to provide high-quality, sustainable housing with a mix of social and intermediate rental options.
A Range of Housing Options
The development consists of:
• 12 Two-Bedroom Homes
• Three Three-Bedroom Homes
• Two Four-Bedroom Properties
All homes will remain under NWH ownership, ensuring long-term affordability and availability for local residents.
Developed by DC Construction, the homes are being built to meet EPC A sustainable building standards. They feature eco-friendly technologies designed to lower environmental impact and reduce costs for residents. Key features include:
• Heat Pumps with Radiator-Based Heating Systems: For efficient and consistent warmth.
• Solar Panels: Providing renewable energy for lighting and heating.
These innovations are expected to achieve a 30–50% reduction in CO2 emissions, contributing to the fight against climate change while delivering low running costs for tenants.
