McLaren Construction has announced the launch of a new Yorkshire & North East division, marking a strategic expansion to strengthen its presence across northern England.

The division, headquartered in Leeds city centre, is McLaren's sixth, complementing existing units in London & South, Regeneration, Construction Management & Specialist Projects, Midlands & North, and International.

Andrew Beaumont has been appointed Managing Director to lead the new division. Beaumont joins McLaren after a 14-year tenure at ISG, where he most recently served as Regional Director for the North East and North West business units. A Leeds native, he brings a deep understanding of the region, established client and supply chain relationships, and extensive experience in both private and public sector construction projects.

Joining Beaumont in key leadership roles are David Faulkner, Regional Commercial Director, and Richard Harding, Regional Pre-Construction Director. Faulkner, who came on board in November, spent 19 years at ISG's Bradford office, where he rose to the role of Commercial Manager. Harding, who joined McLaren in July, brings a decade of experience from Morgan Sindall, where he was Regional Pre-Construction Director for Yorkshire, North East, and Cumbria.
