Scell-it UK Simplifies Resin Range And Implements New Digital Passports

Renowned for its extensive resin range and expert support, Scell-it UK has taken a bold step forward.

In response to customer feedback, the company has streamlined its offering to introduce two cutting-edge, new-formula and new-look resins.

These high-performance products deliver superior bonding and anchoring, making them the go-to choice for a vast array of construction applications. This streamlined approach means less time spent choosing the right product and more time focusing on the job at hand.

The range consists of a 'Universal' all-in-one resin and a 'High Load' for tougher applications.

The Scell-it UK 'Universal' Resin

The 'Universal' is an all-round general purpose Polyester 'Styrene-free' resin for many applications including: Threaded rod M6 – M20, Canopies, Bicycle Racks, Hand Rails, Guard Rails, Safety Barriers, Juliet Balconies, Facades, Racking, Machinery and Satellite Dishes.

It has a number of features including: working with medium loads on threaded rod, overhead applications and dry, wet and flooded holes. It is also suitable for concrete, cracked concrete, solid masonry and hollow masonry.

The 'Universal' also has an ETA Option 7 for uncracked concrete.

The Scell-it UK 'High Load' Resin

The Scell-it UK 'High Load' Vinylester resin is a true workhorse, designed to conquer demanding construction challenges. It is suitable for high load applications including: canopies, bicycle racks, hand rails, safety barriers, Juliet balconies, facades, racking, machinery & satellite dishes.

– Can be used in dry, wet and flooded holes.

– Is quick cure and has a 100 year working life.

– Summer and Winter grade.

– Has a Seismic category of C1.

– Is a WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) approved material.

It has an officially approved Option 1 ETA for uncracked and cracked concrete to provide unparalleled reliability and peace of mind.

Complete Installation Solutions

Manufactured in the UK, both these resins are styrene-free formulations to minimise health and safety risks while reducing odour. And for convenience, each cartridge includes two mixer nozzles for a seamless application.

Available in 420ml cartridges, these high-performance resins provide the ideal solution for a wide range of construction projects as part of a complete package available from Scell-it UK which also supplies :

– a range of resin applicator guns – in both hand powered and battery models.

– a full range of studs materials and lengths.

– a range of mesh sleeves to suit every application.

By consolidating all necessary components into a single order – and from the same supplier – Scell-it UK ensure precise specification and compatibility.

Comprehensive Technical Support with Digital Passports

Scell-it UK offers complete technical support for both new resins. New EU regulations will soon require all construction materials to have a Digital Passport to aid in sustainability and enhance efficiency.

These are the first Scell-it UK products to have online digital passports containing Detailed Technical Data Sheets, European Technical Assessments (ETAs), Installation instructions and Safety Data Sheets – all readily accessible through a simple QR code.

View the passports here: >UNIVERSAL PASSPORT and >HIGH LOAD PASSPORT.

Scell-it UK are also planning more new resins to add to the range – including an 'Extreme' resin for use in high temperatures.
