Housebuilder Avant Homes building work on its £38 million, 139 new home development in Acklam.
Called The Avenue and located off St David's Way, the development will comprise a mix of two-, three and four-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes. It will feature 12 of Avant Homes' house types with prices to be released at a later date.
Avant Homes anticipates it will release the first homes for sale in November of this year. A show home is scheduled to open in May 2025 and the first residents are expected to move into their new homes in 2025.
As part of Avant Homes' ongoing commitment to support and enhance the communities in which it builds they have also committed to a planning contribution of £600,000 to support the local area.
