Galliford Try’s Facilities Management (GTFM) business has scooped a place on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Construction & Asset Upgrade and Reinvestment Works of not-for-profit housing group, Orbit.

The housing group, which manages 47,000 homes across the Midlands, East and South of England, has introduced a new DPS with an estimated combined value of £20m across its nine lots over a five-year period. GTFM are among the approved suppliers in Lot 9, allowing the business to bid for projects which relate to general construction works that may be required in properties across Orbit’s portfolio.


Galliford Try announced its return to the Affordable Homes market last year. At a recent Capital Markets Event in May both the Affordable Homes sector and the GTFM business was earmarked for growth in the coming years, through the Group’s Sustainable Growth Strategy.
