Kier, Anglian Water and Clancy have announced that they will extend their partnership for another five years to deliver essential repair services and enhance water infrastructure throughout East Anglia.

The alliance continues a nine-year relationship between the three companies.

The Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Developer Services (IMRDS) alliance will see the partnership undertake a range of work to support water supply to new and existing homes and businesses. In addition, it will oversee work to measure water usage to promote conservation and improve sustainability.

The contract has been awarded through the Asset Management Programme 8 (AMP8) investment cycle, which is the investment cycle for water companies in England and Wales.

David Ward, Director of IMRDS at Anglian Water, said: "I am thrilled to announce that we have renewed our long-standing partnerships and have built a new alliance together.

"Over the years, we have hit significant targets and progressed the alliance by using high-performing teams, which is vital when working with external partners like Kier and Clancy."
