Avant Homes is to deliver over 100 new houses in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire, after being granted planning permission for a £29 million multi-tenure development.
Called Lawrence Point, and located on Lynncroft, the development will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes.
It will feature 12 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types including terrace, semi-detached and detached and prices will start from £189,995 for a two-bedroom terrace property. Of the 104 homes proposed, 10 per cent have been designated to affordable housing.
Work at Lawrence Point is expected to start on site in September 2024, with the first residents anticipated to move into their new homes in August 2025.
Avant Homes will also commit to a community contribution with £506,000 the provision of local education, healthcare and improvements of bus stops and library facilities.
