Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has appointed a new Managing Director to its South West division.

The South West team welcomed Charlie Joseph as their new Managing Director following her time as Sales and Marketing Director for the Chiltern division.

With more than 16 years experience in the house building industry Charlie will play a key role in maintaining the momentum the South West division have gained in recent years.

Prior to joining Crest Nicholson in 2022 Charlie worked as Sales and Marketing Director for both Berkeley Group and Taylor Wimpey, with a short secondment as Land and Planning Director at Taylor Wimpey.
