Avant Homes Central has appointed a new head of customer care.
Matt Allen joins from Persimmon Homes where he held the same position and has nine years' customer care experience within the housebuilding sector, including five years at Berkeley Homes.
In his role, Matt is leading the region's customer care team to ensure every home buyer’s customer journey is considerately and carefully managed before, during and after each sale.
Matt said: "I have joined a business committed to customer-first service and am fortunate to be leading a team of highly experienced and motivated customer care professionals.
"Our care extends to each buyer on each plot and every development to ensure we provide them with the best possible experience through a proactive approach. As a team, we want to continuously improve and this will drive us forward as Avant Homes Central launches more developments."
Avant Homes Central covers South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. The region currently has six live developments ranging from Merlin’s Point at Witham St Hughes to Bennerley View in Awsworth.
