Sanderson Weatherall has been appointed to bring to the market three part complete residential conversion opportunities in Bolton, Newcastle upon Tyne and Newbury.
The developments include Globe Works in Bolton, Cuthbert House in Newcastle and Bayer House in Newbury, with a combined total of 487 apartments.
Acting on behalf of Joint Administrators c/o RSM UK Advisory, offers are being invited for the freehold interest of each development by Friday 12 July.
