Robertson Construction Northern has appointed a new Managing Director.
Ian Phillips has become the new managing director of Robertson Construction Northern.
Following the retirement of Frank Reid after 43 years of service, Ian Phillips has become the Regional Managing Director of Robertson Construction Northern. With over three decades of experience in the industry, Ian’s appointment comes six years after joining the business as operations director.
Robertson Construction Northern is a trusted partner of choice for an array of customers covering Moray, Highlands & Islands, Lochaber and Aberdeenshire.
Throughout his previous tenure, Ian has played an instrumental role in the delivery of many high-profile projects within the region, including the £24m Inverness Justice Centre, the £60m single living accommodation project at Royal Air Force (RAF) Lossiemouth and developments at The MacAllan.
Speaking of his appointment, Ian said: "Robertson Construction Northern is a successful business with a strong customer base and an excellent team. I’m taking on this role at an exciting time for our sector when we are working with our customers to deliver quality projects, while helping them achieve their own net zero targets through decarbonisation and new build programmes.
