Olympian Homes and Hines have confirmed a funding agreement, worth around £121 million, to develop over 500 Built-To-Rent (BTR) riverside apartments in Newcastle.

Residents of the new Pottery Lane development will have extensive views across the River Tyne, quick access to the city centre by foot or public transport, and access to 930 sqm of internal amenity space and 1,414sqm of external amenity space.

Ground investigations, archaeology and work on the sub-structure are already underway. Construction is scheduled to complete April 2027.
