Schiedel has now officially launched our Outdoor Kitchen to the UK market!
Introducing The Hale!
Discover helpful information about The Hale through our extensive list of frequently asked questions.
Frequently asked questions:
What are the various uses of the oven? Can it be used for cooking BBQ, Pizza, and other dishes? Does it cover most cooking needs?
Absolutely! The grill comes included at a single level and is versatile enough to cook a wide range of dishes.
Is there a selection of colours available for the granite worktop?
Currently, we only have one Granite colour available for purchase: the black marble effect that is currently on display.
Is it safe to build the kitchen against the side of our house, considering the heat and other factors?
We suggest keeping a distance of 100mm between the product and any surrounding objects, such as walls, fences, or bushes. The unit is made of Pumice, which is the best insulating material in the UK. Therefore, the heat will only be concentrated in the front where you can cook, making it an efficient heater as well.
Do the colours of the wood in the image match the actual product?
The item’s colour is ‘Beechwood’, which can be painted if you wish to change it.
Is there an option for someone to install on delivery?
Although we do not provide installation services, this unit can be easily assembled with the detailed instructions provided. Alternatively a tradesperson someone with building/DIY experience would easily be able to install this.
What does the kit include?
The kit includes the Garden Fireplace, additional log stores, fence panelling, granite worktops, lip glue, render, screws and accessories to build the kitchen unit.
Does the kitchen come rendered?
To assemble the Pumice kitchen unit, simply follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the kit, similar to building with Lego blocks. Once the unit is assembled, it should be rendered to ensure it is properly sealed and has a finished appearance.
