The Westgrove Group has bagged a new contract at Hairpin House, a prominent build-to-rent development in Birmingham.
With 237 apartments in the complex, Westgrove will be responsible for delivering mechanical, electrical, and life safety maintenance services, as well as conducting compliance inspections.
As the first of the I Live Around (ila's) neighbourhoods to complete, Hairpin House aims to elevate the BTR market by creating people-first communities that celebrate from the culture and heritage of its location. Paying tribute to its historic site, it was once the residence of Kirby Beard & Co, known for their invention of the Kirby Grip hairpin.
