Construction firm Galliford Try has appointed a new Inclusion Lead.

Jackie Anyango, who has more than seven years' experience in construction, will lead the Group's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategy.

In her new role, Jackie will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of EDI policies and procedures within the Group.

Jackie brings a wealth of experience to Galliford Try, having previously worked at Skanska. Her appointment strengthens Galliford Try's growing Inclusion team, showcasing the company's commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Speaking about her new appointment she said: "I'm excited to join Galliford Try and build on the existing EDI work that has already begun. I look forward to partnering with our people and supply chain on this crucial area of work which is critical to the success of the business, and ultimately driving more creative and innovative solutions."
