Glencar has been appointed by property developer Panattoni to deliver a new industrial scheme at Brighton City Airport.
The project includes five new build industrial and logistics units ranging from 19,000 to 53,700 sq ft. and will be called Panattoni Park Brighton upon completion. Glencar will work with Panattoni, KAM Project Consultants and architects HTC Architects to deliver the project.
The site will be situated adjacent to Brighton City Airport and the A27 dual carriageway. The scheme is expected to complete in May 2024.
Early works began on the industrial units at the start of June with external works and landscaping carried out. The design of the building aims to achieve BREEAM excellent rating when work has been finished.
Commenting on the project, Eddie McGillycuddy Glencar CEO said: “As Europe's largest developer of logistics property, Panattoni have an extensive development pipeline and we are very happy to be working together and to be appointed for the first time on this standout south coast development.
