Plans Approved To Develop 12 New Homes In Tranmere

Magenta Living has received planning permission to develop 12 new homes in Tranmere.

The homes will be built on the former Whitfield Street site which was most recently leased to the NHS as a car park until it became vacant.

Justine Gore, Development Director at Magenta Living, said: "We are delighted to receive planning permission for this development. The land, already in our ownership, presents a great opportunity to redevelop this brownfield site to provide family housing in Tranmere.

Following the appointment of a Principal Contractor, work on site is targeted to begin Winter 2023.
