Countryside Partnerships has been shortlisted in three categories in the Midlands Residential Property Awards.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 15 June, at the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham, where industry leaders and professionals will gather to celebrate the outstanding achievements within the Midlands property sector.
Countryside Partnerships has been shortlisted for:
• House Builder of the Year: Countryside Partnerships has been nominated for this award based on its exceptional projects, including Stoneleigh View, Cochrane Road, and Dracan Village. These developments showcase its dedication to crafting high-quality homes that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
• Residential Development of the Year: The Stonefield Edge development has secured a nomination in this category. Spanning 30 acres, Stonefield Edge comprises 420 premium homes, including a mix of build-to-rent properties, affordable homes, and private sale houses. This development has created a sustainable and vibrant neighbourhood, aligning with the vision set forth by Wolverhampton City Council.
• Deal of the Year: It has also been shortlisted for the Deal of the Year award for its joint venture, Develop Warwickshire. This ground-breaking collaboration between Warwickshire Property & Development Group (WPDG), Warwickshire County Council, and Countryside Partnerships aims to bring forward housing sites throughout the county for the next 30 years. The Develop Warwickshire joint venture represents an investment of £2.5 billion and will generate thousands of homes and employment opportunities for the local community.
