Galliford Try's Telecommunications business has been selected to deliver a contract worth around £50 million for leading technology communications company Vodafone over an estimated seven-year programme.
The award supports Galliford Try's Telecoms strategy of establishing key strategic partnerships with technology providers such as Vodafone, as well as demonstrating the strength of the business’s increasing offering of a range of services to the Telecommunications and Defence sectors.
In 2022, Galliford Try delivered the first UK's first-ever renewable-powered mobile phone mast at Eglwyswen in Pembrokeshire, on behalf of Vodafone and infrastructure business Cornerstone.
Andy Duggins, Managing Director for Galliford Try Telecoms, commented: "Our work in the Telecommunications sector is about establishing collaborative relationships and engendering a genuine sense of partnership, so we are delighted to have been selected by Vodafone on this important contract for Telecommunications infrastructure."
