At the Riverbourne, Woodlands, Appleyard Quarter and Pomarium Close, developments near Rochester and Gravesend, which are all set in stunning tranquil locations, Rendall & Rittner is managing the estates grounds, including gardening, maintaining ecological areas and children’s play areas, and is also procuring green electricity for communal areas. The Company has recently been appointed to Esquire Developments’ new home developments at Hill Farm in Bobbing, Millers Field in Loose and The Hollies in High Halstow.
