Stepnell has announced the senior promotions of Lewis Archibald and Christian White.
Both Lewis and Christian will be leading on pre-construction support and frameworks to deliver high-quality design and build projects.
Lewis Archibald is now pre-construction director, in addition to his existing responsibilities as framework director. This promotion follows his success delivering framework project strategy and support – prioritising better service, earlier contractor involvement and more certainty of delivery.
While assuming his new role, in which he will be sharing best practice, supporting the pre-construction managers and driving consistency to maintain high performance across the business, Lewis will continue to undertake framework responsibilities. This includes managing Stepnell’s performance across numerous key national and regional frameworks.
Lewis said: "I am proud to be part of Stepnell’s continued success and look forward to, in my new role as pre-construction director, helping to improve customer relationship management tools and having a greater focus on Stepnell’s business development. Not only will this approach enable us to be more selective about the opportunities we take, but it will also help our construction teams and clients to accelerate delivery, increase efficiency and drive innovation across all projects."
Christian has been promoted to SCAPE framework manager, which adds to his existing role as senior pre-construction manager. This follows his leadership of the SCAPE bid for Stepnell, working across the business to ensure the right resources and best approach was taken to deliver a winning bid.
Christian said: "In my enhanced role, I am engaging with all SCAPE stakeholders to drive opportunities, raise awareness and ensure we start the framework on the right footing. I look forward to working closely with Lewis, regional directors and the board to ensure that we continue to deliver fantastic service to new and established clients."
