Lovell has promoted its South Wales and West Sales Manager, Suzie Hewitt, to Regional Sales Director.

Suzie joined Lovell in January 2022, after spending over eight years in the construction industry. Prior to joining Lovell, Suzie worked as an Area Sales Manager for Barratt and David Wilson Homes, and in a number of managerial roles across various industries.

As Regional Sales Director, Suzie will now lead the expanding sales team and oversee the new homes sales across the developer’s operational area, which currently spans South Wales, Wiltshire and Somerset. She brings with her a vast knowledge of the housing market, which she will use to enhance sales and direct marketing opportunities to promote active and future developments, in order to achieve the five-year business growth plan.

Suzie, who lives in South Wales, said: "This is a hugely exciting time for Lovell in South Wales and West, and I am delighted to be part of its vision.
