Knowsley Council has approved plans to develop 208 new homes at Halsnead Garden Village.

Bloor Homes Lsubmitted an application for the new homes on land off Windy Arbor Road, south of Whiston. This includes 104 three-bedroom homes and 104 four-bedroom homes.

The application is the second part of a hybrid planning submission by Bloor Homes, which received outline planning consent from Knowsley Council in 2021. There are 123 Bloor Homes currently under construction as part of the Halsnead Garden Village development.

Up to 25% of the properties will be made available for affordable housing.

The first Bloor Homes were completed in early 2022 and have since been welcoming the first Halsnead Garden Village residents.

Once complete, Halsnead Garden Village will include approximately 1,600 new high-quality homes.
