ISG Re-Appointed To NWCH High Value Framework

ISG has been re-appointed to the North West Construction Hub (NWCH) high value framework.

The framework offers access to a pipeline of work with a potential value of £1.5bn over the next four years.

Securing a place on Lots 1 and 2, ISG will be able to bid for projects valued over £8 million across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire and Cumbria. ISG has also have a place on the current medium value framework, giving access to projects valued between £2-10 million.

The NWCH is one of the UK's highest performing public sector capital procurement frameworks, and over the past twelve years we have delivered in excess of £336 million of high-profile, multi-award-winning community projects across the North West as a trusted and collaborative delivery partner.

On the high value framework, ISG has delivered several high-profile projects, including the multi-award-winning Manchester SEMH schools programme.

The firm is currently on site at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester, due to complete in summer 2023. The £21m project will deliver improved operational performance and modernisation upgrades at the iconic sporting venue, while significantly reducing the building’s carbon footprint, supporting Manchester City Council's wider decarbonisation strategy.

Paul Collins, North West Framework Manager, ISG, said: "We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the NWCH high value framework. ISG has been a NWCH partner since its inception and are committed to its collaborative ethos, with a strong emphasis on community and social value. We're looking forward to the next 4 years and the opportunities that this success will provide us to deliver fantastic projects and outcomes for the people of the North West. We're also excited by the prospect of working with the NWCH team and our fellow high value contractor partners to promote innovation and best practice for the good of the region and the industry."
