Urban&Civic has announced that Davidsons is the first homebuilder to Zone 3 of the Priors Hall Park development in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Davidsons will deliver 197 new homes at the gateway to the new phase of the development.

The launch of Zone 3 is an important milestone for the growing community at Priors Hall Park, which is already home to nearly 1,600 families. Led by master developer Urban&Civic, the development has a host of amenities, including Priors Hall Park Primary School, Corby Business Academy, a new district centre with eleven local shops and services, eight children’s play areas, an impressive amphitheatre and gulley wildlife site.

When complete, the development will comprise 5,300 homes as well as an additional two primary schools and a host of other facilities.
