Knauf has appointed Paul Campbell as Commercial Director.

Paul will be responsible for the strategic development of supply chain, customer support, marketing and technical at Knauf UK and Ireland.

Ian Stokes, Managing Director of Knauf UK and Ireland said: "Paul shares our ambitions and is a great fit for our organisation. He joins Knauf with a wealth of industry knowledge and will be a valuable addition to the team as we enhance our offer to our customers."

Paul has 16 years of experience in the construction sector and has previously worked with companies including BMI Group and British Gypsum.

Paul said: "Knauf is an organisation that I have watched closely and respected throughout my career, one of the largest construction products businesses globally, so I’m excited to join the Knauf family.

"My focus will be to help shape and deliver the strategy, collaborating with customers, colleagues and our supply chain to ensure that we develop the solutions and support our customers needs."

Paul joins the organisation at a time when the sector is facing great uncertainty with high energy costs, material cost inflation and a shortage of skilled workers.
