Kier Property and Test Valley Borough Counci's two-unit industrial development on Blueprint, is now 100% let, having negotiated terms with two occupiers, Custom Interconnect Ltd and Amasis Ltd on the Walworth Business Park in Andover.

Since 2011, Kier Property has managed the Park in partnership with Test Valley Borough Council and construction commenced of its most recent development, known as Blueprint, in April 2021.

Blueprint is the third major redevelopment undertaken by the partnership, which comprises two high quality industrial units totalling 62,000 sq ft.

Unit 1 is let to Amasis Ltd, a manufacturing company and totals 27,780 sq ft and unit 2 is let to Custom Interconnect, who have a proven track record in the manufacturing of electronics and they will utilise the space totalling 34,000 sq ft.

Leigh Thomas, managing director for Kier Property commented: "These two occupiers decided to base themselves at Walworth Park because of its great location, connectivity and strong list of existing occupiers. Placing both units under offer prior to PC is testament to the strength of the market, the lack of supply and Kier’s proven delivery of high-quality industrial units."

Logistics City, Andover, will be the next phase of development on the Walworth Business Park.
