Sillence Hurn is celebrating after taking home a trophy and being a finalist for Young Property Person of the Year and Fast Rising Property Business of the Year at this year's South Coast Property Awards.
The Sillence Hurn crew celebrated with more than 300 others from across the industry at the South Coast Property Awards recently.
The fifth annual event recognised the region’s top performers from the commercial and residential property community across 18 award categories. More than 350 developers, agents, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers attended the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton for the first in-person SCPA ceremony since the Covid-19 pandemic.
Sillence Hurn were joined by Omega RE, Daniel Fitzhenry (former Mayor of the City), Liam Doe (owner of Old Bond Store), Lucy Richmond (South Coast Commercial Property Show) and Emma Lockey, Director of CBRE.
Alex Hurn Managing Director of Sillence Hurn was highly commended for Youngest Property Person of the Year and the firm was also a finalist for Fast Rising Property Business of the Year.
