Savills has appointed Neil Henderson as Director of its Building & Project Consultancy team in Cambridge.

Neil has more than 35 years' experience in the construction industry as a chartered surveyor, specialising in the commercial property sector. He joins Savills from Ingleton Wood where he led the building surveying team, working with clients including the NHS, Aviva and M&G, as well as undertaking technical due diligence (TDD), dilapidations and fit-out delivery for a number of key occupiers. Prior to this he also held positions at JLL and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield).

At Savills Neil will focus on growing the commercial building surveying offer in Cambridge, targeting institutional clients, whilst also working on existing projects.
