Avant Homes has apppointed Reece Richiardi to the role of senior land manager to its team in East Midlands.

Reece has more than nine years' experience in residential property and began his career renovating office and residential space into apartments before moving into the housebuilding industry in 2018.

As a senior land manager, Reece will be responsible for seeking out land opportunities in the region and establish strong relationships with agents and landowners.

Commenting on his appointment, Reece said: "It's exciting to be a part of the expanding land team in the East Midlands and I am looking forward to adding my experience and helping further grow the team.

"We have ambitious growth plans for the region, and I will be ensuing we can find and secure some outstanding new sites to help the business deliver them."

Speaking about Reece's appointment, Avant Homes East Midlands managing director, Rob Slocombe, said: "With Reece's experience in securing land opportunities in the East Midlands, it's an exciting time for the business to be welcoming him into the land team.
